DMCA Policy

Intellectual Property Game Design is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We will expeditiously remove content or disable access to content that is claimed to be infringing and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our services infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice. All notices must substantially comply with the following requirements:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Intellectual Property Game Design to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Intellectual Property Game Design to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your DMCA Takedown Notice to us via our contact page.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
